We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond and manage our sales records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Storage and access

Records are stored with the website’s cloud hosting and database providers (OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare). Processing may occur outside your country. Access to the operations desk is restricted to the authorised operator. Short-lived request checks help prevent spam.

Retention and requests

Our planned retention period for unsuccessful enquiries is 12 months after the last meaningful interaction. Client records follow the retention requirements agreed for the engagement and applicable law. Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion or to stop further contact.
